I ordered some materials the other week. I did have a question because the price was so different than what I’d seen at a local train show. Then again, train shows are always hit and miss. I have not tried to “trick” you. I contacted you upfront about my question. I was answered with “Yes it has two pieces.” So I ordered 7 items (boxes) expecting 14 pieces in the end. It is common practice to show items out of box, especially when the box is nondescript. So I felt confident with this order, especially after ASKING you. Now to resolve this you may either:
1) send the remaining 7 pieces I ordered.
2) refund 1/2 the purchase price for the pieces not shipped ($33.50)
3) send a prepaid return envelope/label and I’ll return the pieces and you will refund the entire $76.99. You will refund the amount first before I send the track because I have now lost a great deal of trust in ordering with you.

Ben the track is packaged 10 to a box, we don’t want to charge customers by the box if they only need a few pieces. The box price is price is $95.70. Here is a link to the exclusive importers page for this items http://www.walthers.com/exec/productinfo/441-8592 as you can see they sell it for 11 dollars a piece. I think you are very confused by the product. If you look at the track we sent you it looks like one piece but if you pull on it you can see that it moves in and out. Actually if you pull it really hard you will have your two pieces, this will of course damage the track. If you don’t believe this is true please call Marklin USA and ask for Jeff he will backup what I am telling you the number is 1 800 321 8811. Ben we are not trying to cheat you we are just trying to make you understand the product. The track you received each piece is adjustable.
